Please allow extra business days due to Covid on top of our standard 5-10 business day shipping policy. We do not offer refunds for delays in shipping caused by Covid.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us in writing to email@example.com within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. All packages should be returned to our Printful partner facility address that is on the outside of your shipment box.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for incorrect size. Exchanges are to be offered at our discretion.
